- For "License or Tax
I.D. Number of Recipient of Payment" enter "C1190".
Click "Submit Payment" button only once or the card may be charged
twice.
You will receive an
email notification of the payment, and the payment will be automatically
posted to your account. These
charges will be itemized on your monthly credit card statement as "ProfessionalCharges.com."
Please note
that my name will not appear on your statement.
An email confirmation of your payment will be sent to me as well.
